Phoenix On Tour

Phoenix has extended their already successful World Tour by another four dates, adding shows in Toronto, Canada, Pontiac, Michigan, and Columbus, Ohio.

The French ensemble gained further notoriety through their bizarre pairing with American car manufacturer Cadillac, who famously claimed the artistic credibility of Led Zeppelin.

Phish On Tour Again

The single most overrated act to emerge from Burlington, Virginia’s burgeoning jam band scene, have announced yet another tour of the East Coast.

Phish will perform their bewilderingly popular music to aging stoners, during shows in Detroit, Michigan, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Portland, Maine.

Iggy and the Stooges On Tour

Holy sh*t! Iggy and the Stooges are reuniting for an extensive world tour, which will prominently feature material from their 1973 classic Raw Power and large quantities of peanut butter.

Although no dates have yet to be announced, Iggy Pop and company will most likely play the festival circuit, with a few smaller venues scheduled between gigs.

The recently deceased Ron Asheton will be replaced by guitarist James Williamson.

Elton John On Tour

An e-coli bacterial infection (presumably obtained from the regular consumption of meat) has sidelined Elton John for the next few weeks.

The Rocket Man was already forced to cancel several shows in the United Kingdom and has announced the postponement of scheduled performances at Seattle’s Key Arena and the Rose Garden Arena in Portland.

Due to the severity of the illness, it is still uncertain whether or not other dates will be affected.

Don Henley On Tour

Completing this week’s old man trifecta is Don Henley, who is currently touring in support of his greatest hits album.

Among the nine remaining dates are performances in Boston, Massachusetts, Atlantic City, New Jersey, and Norfolk, Virginia.

Expect to sit through an hour’s worth of obscure B-sides before Henley finally gets to his lone solo hits in “Dirty Laundry”, “New York Minute”, and “The Boys of Summer”.

Bon Jovi On Tour
